Beautiful music uplifts humanity in a way that little else can do. Snatam Kaur, Girish, Sat Jot Singh, Deva Permal, Shakti Tribe and the Bhakti Festival in California are several musical groups whose music opens the heart and raises the consciousness through sacred words and ancient healing mantras.

Cell-nique is the proud sponsor of Snatam Kaur and the Celebrate Peace Tour. Snatam Kaur and co-founder, GuruGanesha, are Kundalini Yogis that spread a global message of peace through their music.

Snatam Kaur is one of the most popular New Age artists of our time, selling over 50,000 albums a year.

Her CDs of Sikh-inspired chants ranked in the New Age Retailer's Top 20 in 2004, 2005, and 2006. In 2005, Snatam was the only artist to place three albums in the Top 20.

Dan met first Girish perform and saw him as a voice that delivered a sacred message but also appealed to a wide audience due to his unique trance-funk sound.

Girish's life journey has been marked by a series of profound transformations, unified by an underlying journey toward purpose. He has gone from aspiring jazz drummer to renunciant Hindi monk to first call tabla guru for the likes of Krishna Das to solo mantra troubadour, and he's not done yet. Where the uninitiated might see restlessness in these transitions, Girish sees a commitment to continual refinement of his life purpose: "in hindsight these changes seem drastic. But, in the moment, it was the only thing that could've happened. The calling was so strong, I really had no other choice.
