To date, Michael has completed 121 marathons, 11 ultra-marathons, and 8 Ironmans. Michael's goal is to be the first person to run a marathon in all 50 states. So far he has completed marathons in 47 states and is set to complete the marathon journey with stops in Montana, Hawaii and will finish with the marathon in the Ironman at Coeur d'Alene, Idaho in June of 2008.
Michael has placed in many of the events and credits his 21 years plus in the sport to good nutrition, vitamins, and healthy lifestyle. He recently added Cell-nique to his regular dietary program.
